1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using HoneyVPS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HoneyVPS services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to: hosting malware, conducting DDoS attacks, spamming, mining cryptocurrency without disclosure, or violating any applicable laws. Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
4. Credits & Billing
Credits are purchased in advance and used to pay for VPS resources. All credit purchases and VPS deployments are strictly non-refundable. Monthly charges are deducted automatically from your credit balance. If your balance reaches zero, servers may be suspended. Prices are listed in USD.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside of our reasonable control.
6. Data & Backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. HoneyVPS is not liable for data loss. We may retain backup snapshots at our discretion but do not guarantee their availability.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship. Upon termination, your servers will be shut down and data deleted after a grace period of 7 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyVPS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
