Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HoneyVPS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are solely responsible for all content hosted and actions taken on servers provisioned under your account.

3. Credits & Billing

VPS resources are paid for using prepaid credits purchased in advance. Monthly charges are deducted automatically from your credit balance at the time of deployment. All credit purchases and VPS deployments are strictly non-refundable. If your balance is insufficient to cover a deployment, the order will be rejected. Prices are listed in USD.

4. Server Provisioning

When you deploy a server, credits equal to the monthly plan price are deducted immediately from your balance. If provisioning fails for any reason outside your control, your credits will be automatically refunded. Servers are provisioned in Stockholm, Sweden. HoneyVPS does not guarantee specific IP addresses or hardware configurations beyond the plan specifications.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use HoneyVPS servers only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without refund:

  • Hosting, distributing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors. Such activity will also be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Cryptocurrency mining of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, or any other digital asset.
  • Conducting or facilitating DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks or any other network abuse.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays.
  • Hosting malware, ransomware, phishing pages, botnets, or command-and-control infrastructure.
  • Port scanning, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized access attempts against third-party systems.
  • Distributing pirated software, copyrighted content without authorization, or engaging in intellectual property theft.
  • Operating Tor exit nodes or anonymization proxies used for illegal activity.
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

6. Enforcement & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice and without refund, that we determine — in our sole discretion — to be in violation of these Terms. Serious violations (including but not limited to CSAM, DDoS, and crypto mining) will result in permanent account termination. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies where legally required.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

8. Data & Backups

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. HoneyVPS is not liable for data loss under any circumstances. We may retain infrastructure snapshots at our discretion but do not guarantee their availability or integrity.

9. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time. Upon termination, your servers will be shut down and data deleted after a grace period of 7 days. Prepaid credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyVPS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email where possible.
